Potential tenants will be taken from the waiting list in the order of application with very low income applicants given top priority.  All applications and lists are on file at the office of the Director of the Housing Authority.  The waiting list will comply with USDA Rural Development rules and regulations.

Application Process for Century III Apartments for the Elderly:
Applications for residency can be picked up at the Century III office, located at 1027 Walnut Street, Windsor, Colorado  80550. 
Qualifications:  You must be 62 years of age (at the time of application), handicapped or disabled.  Your income must meet guidelines set forth by USDA Rural Development.
Your application must be submitted with a copy of your photo I.D., verification of Income and a reference letter.
