Windsor Senior Housing Project Identified as a Recipient of CHFA Round One Housing Tax Credit Award
On Tuesday, May 30, the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) announced 12 projects were awarded a reservation of federal 9 percent Housing Tax Credits to support the new construction of affordable rental housing units. Of those 12, one is a senior housing development proposed by the Windsor Housing Authority (WHA) that will bring 62 new units of affordable senior housing to Windsor.
